Bandsaw machine, also called power hacksaw machine, is designed and available in three types; one of which is double column bandsaw machine. The mechanical shearing machine comprises solid steel frame, spring loaded mechanical hold down system, knives, mechanical back gauge and finger guard for complete protection. Using this machine, one can perform operations, like trimming, blanking, roll slitting and piercing to fabricate metal rods, sheets and plates. Five models of this machine differs in terms of shearing length, shearing capacity, depth of gap in frame, max. back gauge adjustment, blade size, length of cut in one stroke, number of strokes per minute, power required and floor area required. Mechanical Press Brake


A press brake is originally designed for bending sheets. There are many press brakes available, depending upon the applying force, such as mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic. In a mechanical press brake, the metal plates and sheets are bended by applying mechanical force. There is a spinning flywheel, to which energy is added by an electric motor. The clutch in the machine assists the flywheel to power a crank mechanism. This mechanism moves the ram in vertical position. The two major features of this machine are speed and accuracy. The EM APBM SP series 3 ROLL ASYMMETRICAL TYPE HYDR0 - MECHANICAL PLATE BENDING are designed with single side prepinching arrangement. The unique design permits the smaller bending diameter of shell. This feature makes the machine more productive and suitable for handling heavy jobs with lower diameter requirements. The bottom roll UP & DOWN adjustment and back roll pre-pinching are thru hydraulic cylinders.

The job is fed to carry out pre-pinching onrone end. After prepinching, it is taken out and again fed from other end to carry out pre-pinching on second end. Then an entire shell is rolled to desired bend radius & matches both ends.
